AtomRain was tapped to apply its graph and AI expertise in support of a subcontracted initiative with the IRS Wage & Investment (W&I) Division. The engagement explored how advanced text analytics and graph-based modeling could help improve taxpayer experience and service delivery across multiple IRS interaction channels.
Under the defined scope of work, AtomRain will analyze both structured and unstructured taxpayer feedback collected from in-person interactions, web portals, and call centers. The goal is to uncover behavioral patterns, recurring challenges, and opportunities to make taxpayer interactions more effective and human-centered.
“When you can map the entire taxpayer journey, you can design smarter and more timely services,” said Benjamin Nussbaum, principal AI Lead at AtomRain. “We’re proud to contribute analytics that help agencies better understand the people they serve.”
This work represents one of AtomRain’s early contributions toward modernizing taxpayer engagement through the application of graph and AI analytics in government service design.
